This effect is a compromise between 《Card Trader》and 《Monster Slots》.
If you want to completely change your hand, there is Magical Mallet, and since SS is after shuffling, you can gamble even with [Fulmon].
His Deck, which wants to use this effect at the expense of valuable summoning rights, will be limited.
The advantage over Magical Mallet is that it does not reduce the total number of cards since it is a monster effect.
It works well in his fan-oriented Deck, where you want to reduce the number of card accidents and also develop it.
In fact, I have a pin on my deck of [Freed Army].
This card is easy to get 《Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring》and 《Proliferating G》.
The effect to return is not a cost, so it will not be negated to cause havoc.
Also, unlike 《Monster Slots》, SS is optional and you don't have to reveal your cards to your opponent.
Since it's easy to get the above triggers, I lure them in and use them to trigger 《Triple Tactics Talent》and 《Chain Summoning》rather than this card's effect itself.
